Responsibilities
SAP Basis Administrator will provide day to day administration and support to clients ongoing initiatives in implementing SAP rollouts and upgrades and assist with pro-active monitoring and performance analysis, client copies, creation of environments, etc. In addition, the resource will support the following applications.
 

SAP applications support:

  • ECC + Biller Direct / Dispute Management SEM + BI SCM + live Cache + Optimizers

  • GRC: GTS

  • GRC: Access Control

  • GRC: Process Control

  • Solution Manager

  • MII

  • NWDI

Non-SAP applications support

  • Vertex (Tax)

  • Tidal Enterprise Scheduler

  • Tidal Horizon

  • Tidal Transaction Analyzer

  • ARIS

Required

  • Several years' experience in SAP Basis administration covering installation, patching, upgrades, support working with different Operating systems

  • Experience with GRC, GTS and NWDI

  • Strong SAP Process background

  • Experience implementing SAP in at least three full life cycle projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computers or equivalent

  • Excellent communication skills - Written and Verbal

  • Demonstrate ability to prioritize and manage tasks

Desired

  • Proven analytical , project and time management skills

  • Excellent communication and client-facing consulting skills

  • Ability to work independently with no supervision

  • Ability to hit the ground running to do a stellar job.

Experience with third party systems integration with SAP such as:

  • Vertex (Tax) /Tidal Enterprise Scheduler

  • Tidal Horizon/

  • Tidal Transaction Analyzer

  • ARIS
