Responsibilities

Under direction and with a high degree of individual responsibility, the .NET developer will perform software application design, development/implementation planning, programming, analysis, maintenance, support and training for modern Microsoft-based, web-based client-server distributed systems, data stores, interfaces, and processes and engage to:

• Participate in design, development, testing, Implementation, quality assurance & support of business applications

• Analyze, define and document technical requirements for process logic, user interfaces and system integration

• Work with offshore developer team and conduct code review and provide directions

• Be involved in all levels of the software development life cycle.

• Work aggressively to assist completion of client project successfully.

Required

• Full .NET project lifecycle and professional development experience

• Experienced with facilitating design reviews and walk-throughs

• Working with the Rich Internet applications development

Desired

• 6 to 8 years' experience in .NET development

• Strong analytical skills to support various business applications

• Bachelor*s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field

• Very good communication skills

• Be an excellent team player

Good to have

• Experience in ColdFusion

• Microsoft certification
